Not all problems can be fixed remotely - for instance if you can not get online, we cannot connect to you. However, many issues can be resolved this way. Just because your computer is having issues doesn't necessarily mean your computer needs to come in to be repaired, cleaned, and so on.

Requirements

The java runtime is required for the support tool to run.

While it will generally redirect you to java.com to download the latest version automatically if it is not detected on your computer; this does not work occasionally. If you do not see the java runtime loading, see if you have latest version of java installed.
