Not all problems can be fixed remotely – for instance if you can not get online, we cannot connect to you. However, many issues can be resolved this way. Just because your computer is having issues doesn’t necessarily mean your computer needs to come in to be repaired, cleaned, and so on.
Click the Download Remote Support button on the left to download our remote access tool. Once downloaded, double click to run, it will connect to our systems and let us know you are there. Once there, we will connect to you over the internet to take a peek.
